 The Paper Clips are a trombone quartet dedicated to connecting the threads of classical and contemporary music in fun, engaging, and informative performances for audiences of all ages.

 In their Class Notes Concert, The Paper Clips will introduce students to a variety of trombones and explain how the instrument produces sound. The Paper Clips will demonstrate ensemble skills, use active listening to help students hear balance and blend in an ensemble, and engage students in participatory activities to reinforce musical concepts such as steady beat and consonance/dissonance.
